Where it doesn't fit

Si tu prioridad es liquidez secundaria a 18-24 meses (las townhouses Dubailand tienen mercado secundario menos profundo que Marina o Downtown), o si necesitas residencia inmediata (handover estimado en 2029), o si tu uso es solo alquiler corto (no es perfil de la zona).
